เรื่องย่อ : My Sassy Girl เนื้อเรื่องกล่าวถึงนักศึกษาหนุ่มซึ่งมีชื่อว่า คย็อนอู รับบทโดย ชา แท-ฮย็อน) กับ หญิงสาว รับบทโดย ช็อน จี-ฮย็อน) ผู้ซึ่งไม่เคยเอ่ยถึงชื่อในภาพยนตร์ โดยคย็อนอูเป็นนักศึกษาหนุ่มที่ซื่อและไร้เดียงสา เพิ่งจะโดนแม่ของเขาไล่ให้ไปอยู่กับป้า แล้วมาพบกับหญิงสาวที่กำลังอยู่ในสภาพมึนเมาที่สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินแห่งหนึ่ง ปรากฏว่าเธอเป็นผู้หญิงที่มีอารมณ์แปรปรวนเข้าใจยาก เขารู้สึกโชคไม่ดีที่มาพบเธอ แต่หลังจากนั้น ทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มสนิทสนมกันเรื่อยมา และมีเหตุการณ์เกินธรรมดาเกิดขึ้นมากมาย และช่วงท้ายของเรื่อง ฝ่ายหญิงสาวรู้สึกเสียใจ ที่เธอปิดบังไม่ให้คย็อนอูได้รู้ว่าเธอมีคนรักมาก่อน

Based on a series of true stories posted by Ho-sik Kim on the Internet describing his relationship with his girlfriend. These were later transformed into a best-selling book and the movie follows the book closely. It describes the meeting of Kyun-woo (Cha) and an unnamed girl. Kyun-woo is shamed into assisting the girl because the other passengers mistakenly think she is his girlfriend. Once he helps her, Kyun-woo develops a deep sense of responsibility for her which enables him to tolerate (somehow) the girl's abuses.
