Synopsis :
2 พี่น้องตระกูลบลูส์ โจเลียต เจค และเอลวู้ด ผู้รักดนตรียิ่งชีวิตและชอบก่อวีรกรรมสุดแสบเพื่อทำให้โลกแห่งดนตรีมีชีวิตอยู่คู่โลกใบนี้ตลอดไป ในครั้งนี้พวกเขาต้องการจัดงานคอนเสิร์ตเพื่อหาเงินไปจ่ายภาษีให้กับบ้านเด็กกำพร้าที่ๆ เลี้ยงพวกเขาทั้งสองมาตั้งแต่เด็กๆ แต่ 2 คนนี้ไปที่ไหน ก็กวนเขาไปทั่ว จนทำให้เป็นเรื่องไม่ง่ายในการรวบรวมสมัครพรรคพวกมาเปิดคอนเสิร์ต
