Synopsis :
ปีเตอร์ ปาร์คเกอร์ต้องวุ่นวายอยู่กับการปราบคนชั่วในฐานะสไปเดอร์แมน และยังต้องใช้เวลาอยู่กับคนที่เขารักคือเกวน สเตซี่ แถมวันจบการศึกษาของช่วงมัธยมก็มาช้าไม่ทันใจอีก ปีเตอร์ยังไม่ลืมสัญญาที่เคยให้ไว้แก่พ่อของเกวน นั่นก็คือต้องอยู่ห่างเธอไว้เพื่อมิให้เธอมีอันตราย แต่ก็เป็นสัญญาที่ปีเตอร์ไม่อาจรักษาได้ แต่ทุกอย่างก็เปลี่ยนไปเมื่ออีเล็คโตร วายร้ายคนใหม่ได้ปรากฏกายขึ้นมา และแฮร์รี่เพื่อนเก่าก็ได้กลับมาเช่นกัน รวมถึงการที่ปีเตอร์ได้ค้นพบเบาะแสใหม่เกี่ยวกับอดีตของเขาด้วย
